Welcome! At Lake Country Hair Removal, we offer electrolysis services to all adults and teenagers. Electrolysis not only helps you achieve smooth skin, but also provides the confidence and freedom to enjoy life without the hassle of constant maintenance. Electrolysis remains the only FDA approved permanent method of hair removal. It has been safe and effective for over 135 years! Laser treatments can only reduce the amount of hair on treated areas and has difficulties with dark skin, blond, gray & red hair as well. If you need a "clean up" after laser treatments, we can help.

Pricing: $25 for each 15 minute increment, with price reductions for increased time

At Lake Country Hair Removal, we charge only for the actual treatment time. If you have a 15 minute appointment, your treatment will last for 15 minutes. We book extra time between clients to ensure that you receive your full time. You may need a 25-30 minute window for a 15 minute appointment.

Before your treatment:

Drink plenty of water leading up to your appointment.
Do not pluck, wax or thread the treatment area for 2-3 weeks before and during your electrolysis journey.
Shaving is okay up to 2-3 days before your appointment.
Avoid caffeine on the day of your appointment to help minimize discomfort.
Clean the treatment area; avoid lotions, makeup, & oils.
Avoid retinoids and acid serums during your treatment.
Limit sun exposure for a few days before your appointment.
Let us know about medical conditions, medications, or recent sun exposure.

After your treatment:

In order to support your skin’s healing process:

Drink lots of water to stay well-hydrated post-treatment.
Keep the treated area clean using a gentle cleanser.
Wash your hands if you need to touch the treated area.
Apply a soothing cream or ointment to reduce redness or swelling.
Do not pluck, wax, or thread the treatment area during your electrolysis journey.
For a few days after your treatment, avoid: sun exposure, excessive sweating, tanning, using makeup, retinoids, acid serums, and exfoliants

Following these steps will help you to achieve optimal results in a timely manner.
